Unify360™ 30-Day Experience — Pay-As-You-Go Terms

  1. Enrollment & Billing Authorization

By providing your credit-card details, you enroll in our 30-Day Experience at no upfront cost. If you do not cancel as described below, you authorize Unify360 to charge your card the then-current monthly subscription fee on day 31.

  1. Subscription Renewal & Fees

After the 30-Day Experience, your subscription renews automatically on a month-to-month basis. All fees are non-refundable and non-prorated.

  1. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime by emailing support@unify360.com. To avoid the charge at the end of your 30-Day Experience (or any subsequent month), you must send your cancellation request at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period.

  1. Proposal Validity

Any quoted pricing, promotions, or proposals are valid for 30 days from the date shown. After that, rates and availability may change.

  1. Ownership & License
  • Your Content: You retain all rights to data, content, logos, and trademarks you upload or supply.
  • Our Deliverables: Upon receipt of any applicable final payment, you own the website designs and materials Unify360 creates.
  • License to Us: You grant Unify360 a non‐exclusive, revocable license to use your branding assets solely to deliver and promote your Unify360 experience.
  1. Account Management

We do not issue admin-level credentials to accounts actively managed by Unify360 in order to prevent unauthorized changes that could harm performance.

  1. Confidentiality

All Unify360 fees, reports, recommendations, and communications are confidential and may not be disclosed without prior written consent.

  1. Platform & SEO Disclaimers
  • Unify360 cannot control third-party platform policies (e.g., Google, Facebook, LinkedIn). Your site or listings may be changed, removed, or penalized at any time.
  • We do not guarantee any specific search-ranking position, traffic level, or outcome.
  • If a listing drops for inexplicable reasons and does not reappear within 30 days after the campaign ends, we will re-optimize under current best practices but cannot guarantee reinstatement.
  1. Third-Party Changes

Unify360 is not liable for performance issues caused by changes you or other parties make to your site after our work is delivered.

  1. Client-Provided Materials

You warrant that all materials you provide (text, images, trademarks, etc.) are owned by you or properly licensed. You agree to indemnify and defend Unify360 against any claims arising from their use.

  1. Marketing Communications Compliance

If you use our email/SMS features, you represent that you have obtained all necessary consents to send marketing messages to the contacts you provide. Unify360 is not responsible for any non-compliance.

  1. Dispute & Review Process

If you are unhappy with our support, you agree to contact support@unify360.com or call us first and give us the opportunity to resolve your issue before posting any public review. Unlawful or misleading reviews may result in legal action.

  1. Refunds & Transaction Fees

All fees are non-refundable. If a refund is granted at our discretion, we may deduct any merchant processing fees (typically 2.9 % + $0.30 per transaction) or issue service credit instead.

  1. Late Payment & Collections

If payment is not received within 45 days of the invoice’s due date, we may engage a collections agency. You agree to reimburse all collection costs, legal fees, and court expenses.

  1. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Our total liability under these terms is capped at the subscription fees you’ve paid in the 12 months prior to any claim. These terms are governed by Florida law, and any disputes will be heard in the state of Florida.

  1. Marketing & Newsletter Communications

By enrolling in the 30-Day Experience and providing your email address, you expressly consent to receive periodic emails and newsletters from Unify360, including product updates, feature announcements, promotional offers, and other marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from these marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email or by emailing support@unify360.com. Your decision to opt out of marketing communications will not affect transactional or service-related messages (e.g., billing notices, support updates, security alerts), which you will continue to receive.
