Unify360 provides an AI-driven marketing and reputation management suite, including AI Reviews, AI Messaging, and AI Social (the “Service”).

Limited License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Platform for your internal business purposes.
AI Usage: You acknowledge that certain features (e.g., AI Auto Replies, AI Agent) utilize machine learning. While Unify360 strives for accuracy, we do not guarantee the correctness or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are ultimately responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated responses before they are sent to your customers.
Google User Data Accessed: To provide our core Service, Unify360 explicitly requests access to your Google Ads data (via the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords scope). The specific Google user data accessed by our application is limited to your Google Local Service Ads (LSA) profiles, inbound customer lead information, and LSA conversation histories. This data is accessed solely to allow you to view and respond to your LSA leads directly from within the Unify360 messaging inbox.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

We process your information based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent. Specifically, we use your information:

To operate and improve our Services: We use data to manage website administration, analytics, fraud prevention, and to improve our AI-driven tools through aggregate anonymous data.
To facilitate account creation and login: If you choose to link your account to third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Facebook, or Canva), we use that information to facilitate the integration.
To deliver marketing and targeted advertising: We may communicate news, special offers, and announcements about Unify360™ that we believe may be of interest to you.
To facilitate orders: We use your information to fulfill requests for Unify360™ products or services and process billing.

Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use) Unify360’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

We do not share or transfer Google user data to third parties, except as necessary to provide or improve our core Service, to comply with applicable laws, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

REGISTRATION & ORDERS

In order to use certain parts of this website or our platform, a user must first complete a registration form. During registration, you are required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This is used to contact you about the products/services in which you have expressed interest.

For orders, you must provide contact information and financial information (like credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

CHAT WIDGETS & AI MESSAGING

By engaging with our chat widgets or using our AI Messaging tools, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in this policy.
